The questions we get over and over in the comments — collected here so newer viewers don't have to hunt for the answers. We'll add to this as more come up.

Why are there so many refunds in your videos?

When someone orders multiple items in one order, we combine them into one shipment whenever we can. The buyer paid postage for each item separately, but the combined package only costs one postage charge — so we refund the overpayment back to them. That refund tags the order as REFUNDED in our seller view, which is what you see stamped on the thumbnails in the videos, even when it's just a few dollars of postage going back to the buyer.

It's not a return, it's not a problem order, and it's not the buyer getting their money back for the item. It's just us giving them the shipping savings they're owed when their stuff ships together.

Do you offer coaching or one-on-one help?

No — we don't offer coaching, consulting, or paid one-on-one help of any kind. It's just not something we do.

What we do have is a great free Facebook group called the Reseller Watercooler, where thousands of resellers hang out and help each other. New questions get answered fast, and there's a deep bench of experience in there for whatever you're stuck on.
