Would you pay $30 at a garage sale for everything you see here?
Friday morning sourcing hits around 20 garage sales. Came home with two boot pairs for $30 total — one pair Tony Llama in good condition, the other cowhide with life left. Realistic comp is $40–$50 per pair on eBay depending on condition.
Also picked up a Cajun Classic enameled Dutch oven in purple and gold for $15. Looks like it was used maybe once or twice. Small lot of sealed Sony CDRs for a dollar — vintage sealed media still moves, though comps might be $10 or less.
The haul was solid enough that we skipped Saturday entirely. Two-day handling means we can source more aggressively on Friday and cover the listing backlog from earlier weeks. Trade-off: probably costs some sales during that handling window. Worth it for the sourcing velocity.
