Unexpected Thursday garage sales. Saw a sign yesterday, sourced again Friday morning at two different locations. The beauty of two-day handling: it gives us the calendar space to chase sales on off-days without crushing the rest of the week’s schedule. Trade-off is probably some lost sales during the two-day window, but sourcing velocity wins out.

Three gun cases for $5 total — a Glock case (repeat buy, we’ve sold these before), a Smith & Wesson M&P 40 case, a High Point Arms case, and a Rock Island Armory case. We found four today; one was a duplicate from earlier. Cases like these move on eBay, especially branded ones.

Laser thermometer model CSI 515 from 1999. Functional unit. Could not find a sold comp for this specific model, but it powers on, displays temperature, and has the manual and accessories. Vintage diagnostic equipment sometimes finds niche buyers.
